HOW OUR SERVICE WORKS


When you call us, we'll schedule a visit to your home. This is so we can meet you, your pets and familiarize ourselves with your home.


While you're away we will:


        
  Feed your pet(s)
        
  Provide them with exercise and play
        
  Maintain medicine (if needed), vitamins and other special care
       
   Obtain medical treatment in case of illness


During this consultation:


        
  You'll decide how often we will visit each day
        
  What services you would like performed
        
  Shared detailed instructions about the pets personality, health and attention needs
        
  Pick up key to your home


While taking care of your pets we are happy to water the plants, bring in mail, open and close blinds to make your home look "lived-in"


TO ARRANGE FOR SERVICE:


Please call us or use the form on the Contact Us page of this site at least four days before you're scheduled to leave town. Once you are a client of ours on file we can schedule visits on a shorter notice. During holidays and summer months it's best to give at least a weeks notice.
